Improvereduced Septic is a referral service for homeowners with a septic or sewer problem. We help you reach independent local providers in Agawam Town, MA and across the Agawam Town area. We are not a contractor. We do not send trucks, pump tanks, or dig up yards.

How providers are matched

What we expect from providers
Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:
- Explain the problem in plain words
- Give a written quote before major work starts
- Hold the licenses and insurance your area requires
- Dispose of waste in a lawful way
- Answer your questions without pressure
You should still check. Ask to see proof of license and insurance. Improvereduced Septic does not issue licenses or certify anyone.
What we do not do
We do not do the work. We do not set prices or schedules. We do not decide insurance claims. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim. Scope, price, and timing are agreed between you and the provider.
Safe first steps while you wait
- Do use less water. Skip laundry and long showers.
- Do keep people and pets away from soggy ground or open covers.
- Do not lift a tank lid. Gases inside can be harmful.
- Do not pour chemical cleaners or additives down the drain hoping to fix it.
- Do not drive or park over the tank or drainfield.
How we are paid
Providers in the network may pay Improvereduced Septic a referral fee when we connect them with a homeowner. You do not pay us a fee to be connected. A referral fee should never change the advice you get. Always ask for a written quote, and compare it with what you were told on the phone.
